Stratified is worked in one piece, from the top down, starting with the neckline. It is entirely seamless. A series of short rows will be worked after the collar to shape the neckline. The colorblock design uses 5 colorways within a 4-stripe repeat. The manner in which the color transitions flow through the pattern allows a particular color to appear in differing size stripes throughout. The raglan shaping emphasizes the clean lines of the stripes while subtle texture and eyelets enhance the pattern and keep the knitter engaged to the end. This pattern is written for a cropped or full length body as well as a cropped or full length sleeve, providing the knitter with a variety of finished knit options.
